The dust removing and discharging mechanism comprises a cover cylinder installed above the lifting assembly and a dust outlet cylinder located above the cover cylinder, the dust outlet cylinder is used for receiving the wall skin cleaned by the cleaning mechanism from one side, a fixing plate is arranged in the dust outlet cylinder, and the upper portion of the fixing plate is connected with a floating plate through a reset spring; the floating plate directly faces the bottom face of the dust outlet cylinder and can block the bottom face of the dust outlet cylinder, a plurality of scraping plates capable of acting on the upper surface of the floating plate are arranged on the surface of the floating plate in an annular array mode, and when the floating plate ascends and descends relative to the fixed plate, the driving mechanism can be triggered to drive the scraping plates to rotate; according to the device, water-containing waste can be prevented from adhering to the device in the old wall skin removing process, and the falling material removing efficiency is improved.
