The solar panel is arranged at the top of the shell, the solar panel is provided with an upper panel surface for receiving solar energy, the cooling assembly is arranged on the shell and cools the upper panel surface, and the controller is in signal connection with the cooling assembly. By arranging the cooling assembly, the charging efficiency of the solar panel can be effectively improved.
