Method for installing and disassembling cross arm by using cross arm disassembling and assembling equipment
The invention relates to a method for mounting and dismounting a cross arm by using cross arm dismounting equipment. The mounting method comprises the following steps: correspondingly clamping the cross arm and a cross arm/hoop on a first clamping mechanism and a second clamping mechanism; the cross arm dismounting equipment is clamped at the bottom of the wire rod; a bolt is provided, the bolt penetrates through a bolt hole in the cross arm or the hoop, and then positioning is conducted through a bolt positioning piece; a first walking mechanism and a second walking mechanism are utilized to climb upwards to a mounting position along the telegraph pole; adjusting the mounting position and the horizontal angle of the cross arm; the corresponding cross arms or hoops are pushed by the pushing pieces so as to be tightly attached to the wire rod; and the nuts are screwed to the corresponding bolts through the nut mounting and dismounting mechanism so as to complete the mounting of the cross arm. Manual pole climbing can be avoided, mounting and dismounting are achieved through cross arm dismounting and mounting equipment, the mounting position and the horizontal angle of the cross arm can be adjusted, and the mounting precision is ensured. The labor intensity of workers can be reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及一种利用横担拆装设备进行横担安装、拆卸的方法,安装的方法包括如下步骤:将横担和横担/抱箍对应的夹持在第一夹持机构和第二夹持机构上;将横担拆装设备卡装在线杆的底部;提供螺栓,将螺栓穿过横担或抱箍上的螺栓孔,进而通过螺栓定位件进行定位;利用第一行走机构和第二行走机构沿着线杆向上爬升至安装位置;调节横担的安装位置和水平角度;利用顶推件顶推对应的横担或抱箍,使得紧贴线杆;利用螺母安拆机构将螺母螺接到对应的螺栓上,以完成横担的安装。本发明能够避免人工爬杆,利用横担拆装设备实现安装与拆卸,还能够对横担的安装位置及水平角度进行调节,确保安装精度。本发明可减少人工劳动强度,提高工作效率。
