本发明公开了一种预制凸窗,包括:混凝土凸窗本体、夹芯保温层和保温抗火层,夹芯保温层设于混凝土凸窗本体内,且沿混凝土凸窗本体的窗口周向连续分布,保温抗火层覆盖于混凝土凸窗本体上裸露出的夹芯保温层。通过在混凝土凸窗本体内设置连续分布的夹芯保温层,可以使混凝土凸窗本体导热均匀,削弱了热桥效应,提高了预制凸窗的热工性能,可以有效降低能耗。此外通过保温抗火层覆盖夹芯保温层的裸露区域,可以增强预制凸窗的抗火性能和保温性能。
