The invention provides a production process of high-activity calcium hydroxide, which comprises the following steps: step 1, adding quicklime and digestion water into a digestion machine according to a mass ratio of 1: 5-1: 6, adding an auxiliary agent solution into the digestion machine at the same time, the auxiliary agent solution being hydrogen peroxide with the concentration of 5-8%; 2, treating the digested lime milk through a first-stage cyclone, a first-stage vibrating screen, a second-stage cyclone and a second-stage vibrating screen, and sieving by using a high-frequency vibrating screen; and step 3, aging the sieved calcium hydroxide in an aging tank, carrying out filter pressing, drying and grading, and finally packaging a finished product. According to the production process of the high-activity calcium hydroxide, the produced calcium hydroxide has high specific surface area which can reach 26 m < 2 >/g, has high activity, and can meet the emission requirement of flue gas desulfurization.
本发明提供一种高活性氢氧化钙生产工艺,包括:步骤1:将生石灰和消化水按1:5~1:6的质量比例加入到消化机中,加入的消化水的水温大于85摄氏度,同时往消化机中加入助剂液,助剂液为浓度5%~8%的双氧水;步骤2:消化后的石灰乳经过一级旋流器和一级振动筛以及二级旋流器和二级振动筛处理后,采用高频振动筛进行过筛;以及步骤3:将过筛后的氢氧化钙在陈化罐陈化后,开始压滤,干燥,分级,最后包装成品。根据本发明的高活性氢氧化钙生产工艺,生产出的氢氧化钙具有高比表面积,能够达到26m2/g,具有高活性,能够满足烟气脱硫的排放要求。
