The invention provides an unfired ceramsite lightweight aggregate based on river sediment and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: pretreatment of sediment: crushing and sieving dried dredged sediment blocks to obtain the sediment; preparing ceramsite lightweight aggregate raw materials, grinding and sieving steel slag and fly ash, and mixing the sieved steel slag and fly ash with the bottom mud obtained in the previous step to obtain a dry material; mixing water glass and alkali liquor to prepare an alkali activator; preparation of ceramsite lightweight aggregate: mixing the dry material, metakaolin and a foam stabilizer, spraying an alkali activator and a hydrogen peroxide aqueous solution, and granulating to obtain a ceramsite precursor; and curing the ceramsite lightweight aggregate, wherein the ceramsite precursor is subjected to steam curing. According to the preparation method provided by the invention, the production energy consumption is low, the problem that dredged sediment is difficult to treat is solved to a certain extent, waste utilization is achieved, and meanwhile, the produced ceramsite better meets the requirements of light aggregate for building materials; and the method also has a good removal effect on heavy metal cadmium in water.
本发明提供一种基于河道底泥的免烧陶粒轻集料及其制备方法,该制备方法包括:底泥的预处理,将干化的疏浚底泥块进行粉碎,过筛,得到底泥;陶粒轻集料原料,将钢渣和粉煤灰研磨过筛,将过筛后的钢渣、粉煤灰和步骤的底泥混合,得到干料;将水玻璃和碱液混合,制得碱激发剂;陶粒轻集料制备,将干料、偏高岭土和稳泡剂进行混合,喷洒碱激发剂和过氧化氢水溶液并造粒,得到陶粒前体;陶粒轻集料的养护,将陶粒前体进行蒸汽养护。本发明提供的制备方法,生产能耗低,一定程度上解决了疏浚底泥难处理的问题,达到了废物利用的同时所生产的陶粒更好地满足建筑材料用轻集料的要求;还对水中的重金属镉具有良好的去除效果。
