Comprising the following components in parts by mass: 10-20 parts of stearic acid, 10-20 parts of chlorine salt, 6-14 parts of potassium salt, 2-6 parts of sodium salt, 6-8 parts of magnesium salt, 1-5 parts of an expansion component, 2-8 parts of a filling component, 2-10 parts of a polymer component, 7-35 parts of triethanolamine, 3-5 parts of triisopropanolamine, 3-5 parts of sodium molybdate and 3-5 parts of sodium monofluorophosphate. The impervious grade of concrete prepared from the waterproof agent is P10 or above.
