Ultra-high performance concrete with high strength and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses ultra-high performance concrete with high strength. The ultra-high performance concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: cement, silica fume, fly ash, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent, modified steel fibers and water, the modified steel fibers are formed by modifying steel fibers through a silane coupling agent and an auxiliary agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding the cement and the silica fume into a stirrer, stirring for 1-2 minutes, mixing the water reducing agent and the water to form a solution, adding part of the mixed solution into the stirrer, and stirring for 2-4 minutes; s2, adding the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate into a stirrer, and stirring for 4-8 minutes; and S3, completely adding the modified steel fibers and the residual mixed solution of the water reducing agent and the water in the step S1 into the stirrer within a certain time, and stirring for 4-8 minutes to obtain the ultra-high performance concrete. According to the invention, the loading capacity of the ultra-high performance concrete can be improved.
