The plain concrete is formed by pouring a concrete mixture, the concrete mixture is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 137 to 145 parts of Portland cement, 112 to 116 parts of fly ash, 735 to 755 parts of sand, 1403 to 1423 parts of gravel, 50 to 70 parts of sintered brick particles, 105 to 109 parts of water, 2 to 2.4 parts of a water reducing agent and 1.2 to 4.8 parts of modified fibers, and the modified fibers are acrylic fibers with carboxyl groups on the surfaces. According to the scheme, the total quantity of the residual bleeding channels in the plain concrete can be reduced, so that the influence of the bleeding channels on the freeze-thaw resistance of the plain concrete is reduced, the freeze-thaw damage of the plain concrete is reduced, and the protection effect of the plain concrete on a side slope is improved.
