Solidified soil for reducing soil heavy metal effectiveness and preparation method thereof
The invention provides solidified soil capable of reducing effectiveness of heavy metal in soil and a preparation method of the solidified soil. The solidified soil comprises a curing agent, water and a base material, the curing agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-75 parts of filler, 15-25 parts of auxiliary clinker, 1-3 parts of a catalyst, 2-4 parts of a heavy metal passivator and 4-6 parts of an additive. The heavy metal passivator disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the heavy metal passivator essentially releases silicate ions to form complex reaction with lead, cadmium, nickel and other heavy metal ions in soil, and finally the purpose of passivating heavy metals is achieved.
本发明提供了一种降低土壤重金属有效性的固化土及其制备方法,包括:固化剂、水、基料;所述固化剂包括如下重量份的各组分:填料65‑75份、辅助熟料15‑25份、催化剂1‑3份、重金属钝化剂2‑4份、外加剂4‑6份。本发明有益效果:重金属钝化剂其本质是释放硅酸根离子与土壤中的铅、镉、镍等重金属离子形成络合反应,最终达到钝化重金属的目的。
