Comprising the following steps: mixing a barium chloride aqueous solution with a titanium-containing chloride solution, mixing the mixed solution with an organic acid solution, mixing a mixed sol solution with a surfactant solution, carrying out a stirring reaction, and sequentially centrifuging, drying, calcining and crushing the stirred reactant to obtain the barium titanate ceramic powder. Compared with the prior art, the preparation method has the advantages that a simple coprecipitation preparation process is adopted, the operation is simple and convenient, the implementation is easy, the cost is lower, additional complex conditions and complex equipment are not needed, a coprecipitation reaction can be carried out by stirring at normal temperature and normal pressure, and the used raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, so that the preparation cost of the material is relatively lower; the particles are of a pure tetragonal crystal structure, the particle size of the particles is small, and the prepared barium titanate is easy to process and sinter subsequently, so that the barium titanate can be used for manufacturing electronic ceramic devices, filter ceramic devices and the like.
本发明提供了一种钛酸钡陶瓷粉及其制备方法和应用,属于材料制备技术领域。包括:将氯化钡水溶液与含钛氯化物溶液混合,将混合溶液与有机酸溶液混合,将混合溶胶溶液与表面活性剂溶液混合、搅拌反应,将搅拌反应物依次进行离心、干燥、煅烧和粉碎,得到钛酸钡陶瓷粉。与现有技术相比,本发明的采用简易的共沉淀制备过程,操作简便易实现,成本较低,不需要额外的复杂条件和复杂设备,常温常压下搅拌就可以发生共沉淀反应,而且其使用的原料便宜易得,从而使材料的制备成本相对较低,颗粒为纯四方相晶体结构,颗粒粒度尺寸较小而且制备得到的钛酸钡后续易加工处理,易于烧结,从而高可以用作制作电子陶瓷器件、滤波器陶瓷器件等多种用途。
