Super-tonnage double-layer swivel cable-stayed bridge and swivel construction method thereof
The super-tonnage double-layer swivel cable-stayed bridge comprises a beam body which is horizontally arranged, a cable bent tower is vertically arranged in the middle of the beam body, a plurality of inhaul cable hole channels are formed in a tower body of the cable bent tower from top to bottom, a plurality of stay cables penetrate through the inhaul cable hole channels respectively, and the two ends of each stay cable are anchored to the middle of the beam body; the beam body is of a symmetrical structure, a pedestrian and imminent mixed road is fixedly arranged based on the edge of the lower side of the beam body, and a cement concrete pavement, a bridge deck flexible waterproof layer and an asphalt concrete pavement layer are sequentially laid on the upper surface of the beam body; the characteristics of a spherical hinge and a flat hinge are combined, the contact faces of the upper hinge and the lower hinge are machined into large-radius spherical faces, the whole hinge structure has the advantages of the flat hinge and the spherical hinge, meanwhile, steel fibers and carbon nanotubes are added into RPC materials to be applied to bridge deck pavement, and on the premise that the mechanical property requirement of a bridge deck is met, the dead weight of the cable-stayed bridge structure is reduced, and the service life of the cable-stayed bridge is prolonged. The bridge crossing capacity is further improved, the rotation weight is reduced, and the rotation difficulty of a large-tonnage bridge is reduced.
本发明提出了一种超大吨位双层转体斜拉桥,包括水平设置的梁体,于所述梁体中部竖直设置有索塔,于所述索塔塔身自上而下设置若干拉索孔道,多条斜拉索分别穿过多个拉索孔道,两端锚固于所述梁体中部;所述梁体为对称结构,基于所述梁体下侧的边缘固定设置有人非混行道,于所述梁体的上表面依次铺设有水泥混凝土铺装、桥面柔性防水层以及沥青混凝土铺装层;本发明结合应用球铰和平铰的特点,将上下铰的接触面加工成大半径球面,使得整个铰结构兼具平铰和球铰的有点,同时将钢纤维和碳纳米管加入RPC材料应用于桥面铺装,在保证桥面力学性能要求的前提下,减轻斜拉桥结构的自重,进一步提高跨桥梁越能力及降低转体重量,降低大吨位桥梁转体难度。
