The invention discloses an integral formwork assembly for slope protection lattice beam pouring and a construction method of the integral formwork assembly. The formwork assembly comprises formwork blocks, rectangular lattice units defined by the eight formwork blocks and a lap joint assembly used for connecting the two lattice units. A cross adapter is arranged on the inner side of one formwork block on each edge of the lattice unit, steel hanging belts are rotationally connected into the cross adapters, and the four steel hanging belts are rotationally connected with the bottom of a weighting hanging scaffold located in the center of the lattice unit. The construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the lattice units are hoisted; s2, the lattice units are in lap joint; s3, concrete is poured; and S4, the lattice units are dismantled.
