The invention discloses a construction method of an underground comprehensive pipe gallery differential settlement reinforcing structure. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a plurality of first joint bars and a plurality of second joint bars are constructed; secondly, a first concrete pouring layer is formed in a cast-in-place mode; thirdly, a spherical steel support is installed on the top face of the first concrete pouring layer, and a bottom plate of the spherical steel support is fixedly connected with the first U-shaped steel bar; fourthly, a second concrete pouring layer is formed in a cast-in-place mode; and fifthly, a top plate of the spherical steel support is fixedly connected with the second U-shaped steel bar, and connection between the first concrete pouring layer and the cantilever part is achieved. The reinforcing structure is constructed at the position of the pipe gallery structural joint between the non-settled pipe gallery section and the settled pipe gallery section which are adjacent, so that the effect of reinforcing the double-bin underground comprehensive pipe gallery foundation can be achieved, and large disturbance and large damage to the structure of the double-bin underground comprehensive pipe gallery cannot be caused; construction can be conveniently carried out in the double-bin underground comprehensive pipe gallery, and the influence of the terrain and the environment around the double-bin underground comprehensive pipe gallery is not likely to happen.
