A large-span reinforced concrete assembly type frame structure comprises a disassembly-free column frame mold, a disassembly-free groove-shaped main beam mold and a self-heat-preservation floor slab component. The self-heat-preservation floor slab component is composed of ribbed beams, a steel net, a thin bottom plate, a groove formed by the ribbed beams and the thin bottom plate, cement foaming slurry, ribbed beam stirrups, hanging rings and connecting pieces. In the four right angles of the self-heat-preservation floor slab component, the upper end of the thin bottom plate of at least one corner is not provided with the foaming cement; and the non-dismantling column frame mold, the non-dismantling groove-shaped main beam mold and the self-heat-preservation floor slab component are manufactured, and the non-dismantling column frame mold, the non-dismantling groove-shaped main beam mold and the self-heat-preservation floor slab component are transported to a construction site and assembled.
