The invention relates to the technical field of shock absorption, and discloses a pre-embedded FXPC batten connecting piece which comprises a first clamping plate, a second clamping plate, a connecting rod and an elbow steel bar, a first clamping groove used for clamping a steel wire is formed in the outer side of the first clamping plate, one end of the connecting rod is a penetrating section used for being arranged in a heat preservation plate in a penetrating mode, and the other end of the connecting rod is a connecting section connected with a wall. The first clamping plate is connected to one end of the penetrating section, and the second clamping plate is arranged on the connecting section in a sleeving mode. According to the embedded FXPC batten connecting piece, the other end of the connecting rod penetrates through a heat preservation plate, then the second clamping plate is screwed in from the connecting section of the connecting rod, and the heat preservation plate is clamped to the penetrating section of the connecting rod through the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate; the straight rod end of the elbow steel bar penetrates through the first clamping plate and the connecting rod, extends out of the connecting rod and extends into the wall steel bar cage, and steel wires of the steel wire mesh are clamped into the first clamping groove.
