Detachable cold-formed steel constructional column and assembly method thereof
The invention relates to the field of buildings, and provides a detachable cold-formed section steel constructional column and an assembling method thereof.The detachable cold-formed section steel constructional column comprises a constructional column body, two through-bottom steel shoes and two pre-buried assemblies, the two through-bottom steel shoes are arranged at the two ends of the constructional column body in a sleeving mode in a one-to-one correspondence mode, the through-bottom steel shoes are provided with fasteners, and the fasteners are in a loosened state, so that the constructional column body can be assembled and disassembled. The through-bottom steel shoe can be in sliding fit with a constructional column body, the problem of space interference of foundation bolts on the constructional column when bolt connection is adopted is effectively solved, and self-adaptive adjustment can be conducted according to site construction errors. Compared with a traditional cast-in-place reinforced concrete constructional column, the constructional column has the advantages that working procedures such as stubble reserving, steel bar binding, formwork erecting, pouring, vibrating and curing are omitted, the construction method of the constructional column is optimized to a large extent, the construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, due to the fact that a bolt connection mode is adopted, hole opening damage to a beam-slab structure caused by steel bar planting connection is avoided, and the construction cost is reduced. And the connection performance of the constructional column and the main body structure is enhanced.
本发明涉及建筑领域,提供一种可拆卸式冷弯型钢构造柱及其装配方法,包括构造柱柱体、两个通底钢靴和两个预埋组件,两个通底钢靴一一对应地套设于构造柱柱体的两端,通底钢靴设置有紧固件,通过使紧固件处于松开状态,可实现通底钢靴与构造柱柱体滑动配合,有效解决了采用螺栓连接时地脚螺栓对构造柱产生的空间干涉问题,能够根据现场施工误差进行自适应调节。相较于传统现浇式钢筋混凝土构造柱,不仅省去了马牙槎预留、钢筋绑扎、支模、浇筑、振捣、养护等工序,较大程度上优化了构造柱的施工方法、提高了施工效率,同时由于采用了螺栓连接方式,还避免了植筋连接对梁板结构的开孔损伤,增强了构造柱与主体结构的连接性能。
