Thin-wall square steel tube concrete column reinforced by angle steel
The invention aims to provide a thin-wall square steel tube concrete column reinforced by angle steel. The thin-wall square steel tube concrete column comprises a thin-wall square steel tube, the angle steel and filled concrete. The angle steel is arranged at the four inner corners of the thin-wall square steel tube, angle steel limb tips and the thin-wall square steel tube are welded into a whole through fillet welds, and filling concrete is poured in the thin-wall square steel tube. The thin-wall square steel tube has three section forms: no rib, one-way arrangement of straight ribs and two-way arrangement of straight ribs. The fillet welds are oblique fillet welds, continuous fillet welds or intermittent fillet welds can be adopted, the using of the intermittent fillet welds obviously reduces the length of the fillet welds, reduces the stress concentration degree of the fillet welds, reduces the damage to the steel pipe, and meanwhile, when the steel pipe bears loads and the buckling degree of the steel pipe is too large, the phenomenon of corner tearing easily occurs. By adding the angle steel, the restraining effect on the corners of the thin-wall square steel tube is remarkably improved, tearing of the corners of the steel tube is effectively avoided, the plasticity of steel is fully utilized, and the mechanical property and the anti-seismic property of the thin-wall square steel tube concrete column are improved.
本发明的目的是提供一种以角钢加劲的薄壁方钢管混凝土柱,包括薄壁方钢管、角钢和内填混凝土。角钢布置在薄壁方钢管的四个内角处,角钢肢尖通过角焊缝与薄壁方钢管焊接为一体,薄壁方钢管内浇筑内填混凝土。薄壁方钢管有三种截面形式:无肋、单向设置直肋、双向设置直肋。角焊缝为斜向角焊缝,可以采用连续角焊缝或断续角焊缝,其中断续角焊缝的使用明显减小了焊缝长度,降低了焊缝处应力集中的程度,使钢管受损减小,同时在承受荷载时,当钢管屈曲程度过大时容易发生角部撕裂现象,角钢的加入显著提升了对薄壁方钢管角部的约束作用,有效避免了钢管角部的撕裂,并且充分利用了钢材的塑性,提升了薄壁方钢管混凝土柱的力学性能和抗震性能。
