The positioning frame comprises a first side plate and a second side plate which are installed on the two sides of the working anchor plate in a matched mode, and a fixing plate which is fixedly connected with the first side plate and the second side plate and installed on the top edge of the working anchor plate in a matched mode. Positioning steps matched with the two side edges of a working anchor plate are arranged on the lower portions of the opposite faces of the first side plate and the second side plate. The fixing plate is at least partially positioned at the positioning step; the supporting plate is installed on the upper portion of the first side plate and the upper portion of the second side plate, U-shaped grooves are formed in the supporting plate in the opposite direction of the first side plate and the second side plate, one end of each U-shaped groove is open, and the number of the U-shaped grooves is matched with the row number of the prestressed tendons.
