The bird-repelling telegraph pole comprises a pole body, a cross arm, a movable suite, a bird-repelling rotating disc and a transmission assembly, and the cross arm is fixedly installed at the top of the pole body; the movable suites are arranged at the two ends of the cross arm and are in running fit with the cross arm; the rod body is fixedly sleeved with the bird repelling rotating disc, the bird repelling rotating disc is arranged above the cross arm, and a plurality of wind catching plates are fixedly installed on the bird repelling rotating disc in the circumferential direction at equal intervals; and the bird repelling turntable drives the movable suite to rotate through the transmission assembly. According to the bird repelling device, through the arrangement of the wind catching plate, the bird repelling rotating disc can be driven to rotate through the wind catching plate under the windy condition, the bird repelling rotating disc enables the movable suite on the cross arm to rotate through the transmission assembly, so that birds cannot stand on the cross arm, and the bird repelling effect is achieved; birds are repelled in the middle of the cross arm through rotation of the bird repelling rotating disc and the wind catching plate, and comprehensive bird repelling on the whole cross arm can be achieved.
