The invention provides a modular cabinet door with a formaldehyde adsorption structure, which is applied to the field of cabinet doors and is characterized in that through the arrangement of a laminated adsorption plate, when a new formaldehyde adsorbent needs to be replaced, the laminated adsorption plate can be controlled to move inwards at a fixed distance, so that a rear to-be-adsorbed cavity, close to a door body, in the laminated adsorption plate directly faces a material guide plate; at the moment, the formaldehyde adsorbent in the material guide plate automatically falls into the opposite to-be-adsorbed cavity under the action of gravity to form a new adsorption layer, and then the operation is periodically repeated, so that the formaldehyde adsorbent can be automatically and uniformly supplemented into the door body, manual replacement is not needed, and the formaldehyde adsorption efficiency can be greatly improved; besides, due to the arrangement of the packing layers, the to-be-adsorbed cavities in the laminated adsorption plates have certain formaldehyde adsorbability when not being opposite to the trapezoidal grooves, and after the to-be-adsorbed cavities are opposite to the trapezoidal grooves, the interiors of the to-be-adsorbed cavities are fluctuated, so that new adsorption layers are relatively fluffy and not easy to be excessively dense, and the formaldehyde adsorption effect is further improved.
本发明提供了应用于柜门领域的一种具有甲醛吸附结构的模块化柜门,该柜门通过层叠吸附板的设置,当需要更换新的甲醛吸附剂时,可控制层叠吸附板向内进行定距的移动,使层叠吸附板内靠近门体的后一个待吸附腔正对导料板,此时导料板内的甲醛吸附剂在重力作用下,自动落入相对的待吸附腔内,进而形成新的吸附层,之后定期重复上述操作,可使门体内能自动均匀的补充甲醛吸附剂,无需人工更换,可大幅度提高甲醛被吸附的效率;另外,通过封隔层的设置,可使层叠吸附板内待吸附腔未与梯形槽相对时,就具备一定的甲醛吸附性,而与梯形槽相对后,其可使待吸附腔内起伏不定,使新的吸附层相对蓬松,不易过度密实,进而提高对甲醛的吸附效果。
