According to the invention, birds staying on the electric wire within the sound coverage range of the sound box can be automatically repelled, the number of birds on the electric wire is reduced, and the tension of the electric wire between two adjacent power transmission towers is prevented from increasing or the electric wire is prevented from cracking due to pressure. The standing time of pedestrians under the power transmission tower can be shortened; when a pedestrian wants to climb the power transmission tower, the recording loudspeaker can play voice to warn the pedestrian.
