The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a joint pipe which can be applied to a small-diameter steel pipe pile without requiring the labor and time for correcting an end section when attached to a steel pipe; a method for manufacturing and designing the joint pipe; a steel pipe with the joint pipe; a method for manufacturing and designing the steel pipe; the joint pipe (1) is a screw-type or plug-in type joint pipe attached to the end of a steel pipe (3) and joined to the steel pipe (3), the outer diameter of a base end part (1a) joined to the steel pipe (3) is larger than the outer diameter of the steel pipe (3), the inner diameter of the base end part (1a) is smaller than the inner diameter of the steel pipe (3), and the amount of extension of the base end part (1a) from the outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe (3) is 9 mm or less in a state in which the pipe axis is aligned with the steel pipe (3).
本发明的目的在于提供安装在钢管上时能够省去矫正端部的劳力和时间,也能够适用于小径的钢管桩的接头管及其制造方法、设计方法、带接头管的钢管及其制造方法、设计方法、钢管桩及钢管桩的施工方法,接头管1是安装在钢管3的端部并接合钢管3的螺纹式或插入式的接头管,接合在钢管3上的基端部1a的外径大于钢管3的外径,基端部1a的内径比钢管3的内径小,并且在使管轴与钢管3对准的状态下,基端部1a从钢管3的外周面的伸出量为9mm以下。
