The invention provides a coal gangue mixed firing method which comprises the following steps: pretreating coal gangue materials so as to screen coal gangue raw materials with different particle sizes, and collecting the coal gangue raw materials with the particle size value in accordance with a first preset range as gravel raw materials; collecting a coal gangue raw material of which the particle size value accords with a second preset range and the heat value reaches a first preset heat value, taking the coal gangue raw material as a water-retaining ceramsite raw material, and preparing a water-retaining ceramsite semi-finished product from the coal gangue raw material; mixing and firing the gravel raw material and the semi-finished water-retaining ceramsite product, and screening after mixing and firing, so as to obtain a gravel finished product and a water-retaining ceramsite finished product; wherein the value of the first preset range is greater than the value of the second preset range, so that the problem of waste caused by direct discarding of the screened coal gangue which is not suitable for manufacturing gravels in the prior art is solved.
本发明提供了一种煤矸石混合烧制方法,该煤矸石混合烧制方法包括将煤矸石物料进行预处理,以筛选粒径不同的煤矸石原料,收集粒径的取值符合第一预设范围的煤矸石原料以作为砾石原料;收集粒径的取值符合第二预设范围且热值达到第一预设热值的煤矸石原料,以作为保水陶粒原料,并将其制成保水陶粒半成品;将砾石原料和保水陶粒半成品进行混合烧制,并在混合烧制之后进行筛分,以得到砾石成品和保水陶粒成品;其中,第一预设范围的取值大于第二预设范围的取值,以解决现有技术中对经过筛选后的部分不适合制作砾石的煤矸石因直接丢弃而造成浪费的问题。
