Environment-friendly slope protection vegetation concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses environment-friendly slope protection vegetation concrete. The concrete is divided into two parts, namely pervious concrete and a filling matrix, wherein the pervious concrete is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 32.89 to 36.22 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 170.8 to 171.9 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 9.53 to 11.92 parts of coal ash, 1.91 to 2.86 parts of silica fume, 16.85 to 17.53 parts of water, 0.21 to 0.27 part of water reducing agent, 0.95 to 1.91 parts of isobutylidene diurea, 0.25 to 0.29 part of methyl cellulose ether and 0.47 to 0.49 part of steel fiber. The filling substrate comprises the following components: coal gangue, dried sludge, corn straw, a compound microbial fertilizer and polyacrylamide. The selection of the material components is beneficial for improving the environmental protection benefit, the stability of slope protection engineering, prolonging the service life and improving the soil fertility performance. The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly slope protection vegetation concrete.
