The invention discloses a solid waste-based curing agent for open excavation engineering muck backfilling and application thereof. The solid waste-based curing agent comprises a common solid waste material, a carbon-sequestration solid waste material and an anti-permeation erosion material, the common solid waste material comprises desulfurized gypsum and silicon crystal powder; the carbon-fixing and waste-fixing material is waste cement powder; the anti-permeation and anti-erosion material comprises epoxy resin and wheat straw fibers; the building material is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 90 to 110 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 45 to 55 parts of silicon crystal powder, 45 to 55 parts of waste cement powder, 4 to 6 parts of epoxy resin and 4 to 6 parts of wheat straw fiber. According to the invention, a mode of combining a carbon dioxide sealing technology with a solid waste material and anti-seepage technology is adopted, and a common solid waste material, a carbon-sequestration solid waste material and an anti-seepage erosion material are matched as synergistic components. Compared with a traditional curing agent, a large amount of industrial solid waste is used as a curing agent body, the manufacturing cost is correspondingly reduced, and therefore feasibility is achieved in technology, economy and convenience.
本发明公开了一种明挖工程渣土回填的固废基固化剂及其应用,包括普通固废材料、固碳固废材料和防渗透侵蚀材料;上述普通固废材料包括脱硫石膏和硅晶粉;上述固碳固废材料为废水泥粉;上述防渗透侵蚀材料包括环氧树脂和麦秆纤维;按照质量份比例计,各组份的配比如下:脱硫石膏90‑110份、硅晶粉45‑55份、废水泥粉45‑55份、环氧树脂4‑6份和麦秆纤维4‑6份。本发明采用了“二氧化碳封存技术与固废材料、防渗技术”的组合方式,将普通固废材料、固碳固废材料与防渗透侵蚀材料三者作为协同组分进行搭配。与传统固化剂相比,利用大量工业固废作为固化剂主体,造价相应降低,因此在技术、经济方便具有可行性。
