Accelerating agent B1s and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an accelerator B1s and a preparation method thereof, and solves the problems that an alkali-free (low-alkali) accelerator is poor in adaptability to cement types, poor in slurry workability, high in dust raising and resilience and the like, and the problem that an organic-inorganic composite accelerator is prone to uneven dispersion in a concrete mixture. The preparation method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: mixing acrylic acid, a lipophilic organic solvent and deionized water, stirring, condensing, refluxing and heating to obtain a first mixed solution; adding an ammonium persulfate solution into the first mixed solution to obtain a second mixed solution; adding a methallyl sulfonic acid solution into the second mixed solution, and stirring at a second constant temperature to obtain a precursor solution; evaporating the precursor solution to dryness to obtain an accelerator precursor B1; and mixing the accelerator precursor B1, aluminum sulfate and distilled water, and stirring to obtain the accelerator B1s. The accelerator B1s prepared by the invention has relatively good adaptability, coagulation accelerating effect and stability, and is high in later strength.
