Inverted semi-flexible pavement structure and construction method thereof
The invention provides an inverted semi-flexible pavement structure which comprises a lower semi-flexible base layer and an upper asphalt mixed surface layer, and the semi-flexible base layer is a closed body formed by pouring cement-based adhesive cement into an embedded structure formed by paving a fine-particle-size gravel layer and a large-particle-size gravel layer in an up-and-down layered manner from the upper part; and the asphalt mixed surface layer comprises an anti-fatigue asphalt layer which is arranged at the lower part and is used for leveling the cement-based adhesive cement and a fine-particle-size asphalt mixed material layer at the upper part. According to the pavement structure, the rut resistance and the shear resistance of the pavement structure are improved, the flatness and the comfort degree of the pavement are increased, and layered pavement of a road base is realized, so that the problems that the pavement is easy to crack and rut diseases are easy to generate in high-temperature seasons are solved. And the pavement base layer adopts an embedding and extruding structure formed by paving the fine-particle-size gravel layer and the large-particle-size gravel layer in an up-and-down layered manner, so that the bearing capacity and stability of the base layer are good, the risk of diseases such as net cracks and sinking of the base layer can be avoided, and the service life of the road is long.
本发明提供了一种倒装式半柔性路面结构,包括下部的半柔性基层和上部的沥青混合面层,所述半柔性基层为细粒径碎石层和大粒径碎石层上下分层摊铺形成的嵌挤结构从上方灌入水泥基胶浆后形成的封闭体;所述沥青混合面层包括下部的用于调平水泥基胶浆的抗疲劳沥青层和上部的细粒径沥青混合料层。该路面结构提升路面结构的抗车辙和抗剪切能力,增加路面的平整度和舒适度,实现道路基层的分层铺装,从而解决路面易开裂、高温季节易产生车辙病害的问题。而且路面基层采用细粒径碎石层和大粒径碎石层上下分层摊铺形成的嵌挤结构,基层承载力、稳定性好,能避免基层网裂、下沉等病害风险,道路使用寿命长。
