Foundation compaction device for road construction
The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, and discloses a foundation compaction device for road construction. Comprising a rack, a main motor, a main shaft driven by the main motor and a differential module are installed in the rack, a foundation leveling part is installed on the front portion of the rack, the end of the main shaft is in transmission connection with a reciprocating transmission part with the adjustable reciprocating distance, and the output shaft end of the reciprocating transmission part is in transmission connection with a reciprocating frame in sliding connection with the rack. A vibration platform is fixedly installed on the bottom face of the reciprocating frame through a set of elastic buffering pieces, a dynamic balance weight component is installed on the top face of the vibration platform, a pressing frame is arranged below the reciprocating frame, and a set of T-shaped pressing rods which are vertically arranged and slidably connected with the reciprocating frame are fixedly installed on the top face of the pressing frame. When a roadbed is compacted, on one hand, the strength of the roadbed can be rapidly adjusted in real time, and on the other hand, pre-scraping and multi-directional leveling of the roadbed can be conveniently achieved in a linkage mode during compaction operation.
