The device comprises a frame, a blocking plate is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the inner side of the frame, a plurality of penetrating grooves are formed in the middle of the blocking plate in a penetrating mode, a waste box is arranged on the right side of the top end, close to the blocking plate, of the frame, and a bottom support is arranged at the bottom end of the waste box. Discharging mechanisms are arranged on the two sides of the waste box and the two sides of the bottom support. Each discharging mechanism comprises a movable block, a movable frame and a second push rod motor. The two ends of the side, away from the waste box, of the frame are each provided with a pair of shaft brackets, and a lead screw is arranged between the shaft brackets on the two sides. When garbage is treated, first push rod motors arranged at the top ends of the two supports are started, an output shaft is withdrawn after the two first push rod motors are started, at the moment, the left side of a collecting frame is turned upwards, accumulated garbage can penetrate through the top end of a blocking plate to slide into a waste box, and therefore the collected garbage can be conveniently fed into the waste box; and manual treatment is not needed.
