External prestress support
The invention belongs to the field of geotechnical engineering, and particularly relates to an external prestress support. When the support is applied to deep foundation pit supporting, the external prestress support is fixed to the side face of a pile through the conical ground anchor, then the position of the push rod in the supporting sleeve is adjusted, and when the push rod slides in the supporting sleeve and the clamping groove moves to the center position of the lock frame, the clamp penetrates through the center position of the lock frame to be clamped in the clamping groove; the position, in the external prestress support, of the pushing rod is fixed, the convex side of the threading pipe is provided with a seam, the concave side of the threading pipe is fixed to the end of the outer side of the pushing rod, the upper end of a steel strand penetrating through the threading pipe is fixed to the pile top, the lower end of the steel strand is connected with an anchor cable, the prestress steel strand is tensioned and locked at the pile top, and the pile supporting effect is achieved. By means of the support, pretension force at the two ends of the prestressing tendon can be converted into lateral supporting force for the pile, the bending moment of the pile is greatly reduced, the safety coefficient of the pile is improved, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明属于岩土工程领域,具体为一种体外预应力支架。该支架应用于深基坑支护时,先通过锥形地锚将体外预应力支架固定在桩侧面,然后调整顶推杆在支撑套管中的位置,当顶推杆在支撑套管内滑动,卡槽移动到锁架正中位置时,卡子穿过锁架正中位置卡在卡槽里,顶推杆在体外预应力支架中的位置被固定,穿线管凸侧设置开缝,凹侧固定于顶推杆外侧端部,穿过穿线管内的钢绞线其上端固定于桩顶,下端与锚索相连,通过在桩顶对预应力钢绞线进行张拉锁定,实现对桩的支撑效果。通过该支架,能够使得预应力束两端的预拉力转化为对桩的侧向支撑力,大大减少桩的弯矩,进而提高桩的安全系数,降低工程造价。
