The adsorbents are distributed in meshes of the three-dimensional net structure base material; the compression-resistant reinforcing material is filled in the meshes of the three-dimensional net structure base material and is mixed with the adsorbent, and the method comprises the following steps: preparing the three-dimensional net structure base material; mixing an adsorbent with water to form slurry, and then filling the slurry into meshes of the three-dimensional network structure base material; and filling the compression-resistant reinforcing material into the meshes of the three-dimensional net structure base material. The combination of the adsorbent and the compression-resistant reinforcing material is adopted and filled in the meshes of the three-dimensional net structure base material, the compression resistance of the drainage net can be improved, the drainage effect can be guaranteed, and the mode of slurry filling, secondary filling and vibration mixing is adopted, so that filling is uniform, the strength is uniform, and the service life of the drainage net is prolonged. And the fracture caused by short strength after the whole body is stressed is avoided.
