The invention discloses a foundation bearing table for foundation pit construction and a construction method thereof.The foundation bearing table comprises a sinking formwork, a backfill layer, a raft plate cushion layer, a raft plate foundation, a waterproof layer and a waterproof protection layer, the backfill layer and the raft plate cushion layer are both located outside the sinking formwork, and the raft plate cushion layer is located at the top of the backfill layer; the waterproof layer is laid by being attached to the surface of the raft cushion layer and the inner side wall face of the sinking formwork, the waterproof protection layer is laid on the surface of the waterproof layer, and the raft foundation is laid along the surface of the waterproof protection layer; the sinking formwork is a sinking closed box with an opening, and the sinking closed box is a prefabricated box. The integral type lower caisson is adopted, precipitation and water pumping are not needed, underground water can be effectively protected, the problem that precipitation cannot be achieved under the high water level is further avoided, the construction difficulty is reduced, meanwhile, water pumping is not needed, and the subsidence crisis of the ground surface and buildings around the foundation is reduced; and by prefabricating the settling box body in advance, the site construction time can be shortened, and the construction progress is accelerated.
本发明公开了一种基坑施工用基础承托台及其施工方法，包括下沉模板、回填层、筏板垫层、筏板基础、防水层、防水保护层，回填层与筏板垫层均位于下沉模板的外部，筏板垫层位于回填层顶部，防水层贴合筏板垫层表面以及下沉模板的内侧壁面铺设，防水保护层铺设在防水层的表面，筏板基础沿防水保护层表面铺设；下沉模板为具有一开口的下沉封闭箱，下沉封闭箱为预制箱。本发明采用整体式的下沉箱无须降水，无需抽水，可有效保护地下水，更避免了高水位下无法实现降水的难题，降低了施工难度，同时无需抽水也降低了基础四周地表及建筑物的沉陷危机，而通过提前预制沉降箱箱体也可以缩短现场施工时间、加快施工进度。
