Low-clearance pile foundation underpinning device with reserved column head
The invention relates to a low-clearance pile foundation underpinning device capable of reserving a column head. A self-locking jack is arranged on a steel bracket; the first bracket is connected with the column head through a first hoop; the first bracket is supported by a self-locking jack; the second bracket is connected with the column head through a second hoop, and the second bracket is supported by a connecting beam of the steel bracket; after a pier column is cut off, a pier body and a bearing platform below the column head are removed, the column head is reserved, an old bridge pile foundation is pulled out, a self-locking jack below a first bracket lifts the column head and a support is replaced, a new pile foundation and a new bearing platform are arranged below the column head, the pier column is newly built in an in-situ heightening mode, and the supporting column head is connected. The safety and stability of a bridge structure and an underpinning system can be guaranteed without interrupting traffic and dynamic load, and structural damage is avoided; and a self-locking jack system is used for adjusting the height of the column head for replacing the bridge support. The in-situ heightening reserved chapiters effectively solve the problems that the inner side space of the steel bracket is narrow, and new construction cannot be achieved.
本发明涉及一种保留柱头的低净空桩基托换装置,钢托架上设置有自锁千斤顶;第一牛腿通过第一抱箍与柱头连接;第一牛腿由自锁千斤顶支撑;第二牛腿通过第二抱箍与柱头连接,第二牛腿由钢托架的联系梁支撑;在切断墩柱,移除柱头以下的墩身和承台,保留柱头,拔除老桥桩基,第一牛腿下的自锁千斤顶升降柱头,更换支座后,柱头以下设置新的桩基、承台,原位接高新建墩柱,连接支撑柱头。本发明可以在不中断交通和动荷载作用下,保证桥梁结构及托换体系的安全稳定,不会发生结构破坏;保留柱头自行升降,自锁千斤顶系统调节柱头高度,用于桥梁支座更换。原位接高保留柱头,有效解决了钢托架内侧空间狭小,无法新建施工的难题。
