Transfer beam structure of distorted large-span steel structure roof truss and construction method
The invention relates to a distortion type large-span steel structure roof truss transfer beam structure which comprises a plurality of embedded parts arranged at intervals in the extension direction of a transfer beam. The embedded part comprises an embedded plate, a cross-shaped shear-resistant steel column fixedly connected with the embedded plate and a plurality of vertical steel bars fixedly connected with the lower surface of the embedded plate, and the lower ends of the vertical steel bars are flush with the lower surface of the transfer beam; the length of the vertical steel bars in the vertical direction is larger than or equal to the length of the cross-shaped shear-resistant steel column in the vertical direction. The pre-embedded plate is used for being connected with a hinged support, the longitudinal bars extend in the extension direction of the transfer beam, and the longitudinal bars and the vertical steel bars of the pre-embedded part are arranged in a front-back staggered mode; a plurality of through holes for longitudinal bars to penetrate through are formed in the cross-shaped shear-resistant steel column; continuous concrete is poured between the embedded parts and the longitudinal bars; the upper surface of the pre-embedded plate is flush with the upper surface of the transfer beam and is higher than the roof of the building; the embedded part can meet the supporting requirement even if bearing large loads and large shearing.
