The invention discloses a rapid splicing structure of building curtain wall aluminum plates, and belongs to the technical field of curtain wall aluminum plate splicing. The installation structure comprises a building wall body, the building wall body is connected with an installation layer, two rows of sliding grooves are formed in the installation layer, locking assemblies are arranged in the installation layer and located at the positions of the sliding grooves, and curtain wall aluminum plates are connected in the sliding grooves in a sleeved mode. The problem that an existing curtain wall aluminum plate is tedious in installation is solved, the clamping strip of one aluminum plate body is pushed into the clamping groove of the other aluminum plate body, the elastic pieces at the upper end and the lower end of the clamping strip are squeezed by the inner wall of the clamping groove to retract into the installation opening till the elastic pieces correspond to the inserting holes in position, and the spring pipes recover elasticity to eject the semi-arc clamping blocks into the inserting holes; further, the clamping strips are locked in the clamping grooves to complete splicing of a plurality of curtain wall aluminum plates; then the splicing blocks of the curtain wall aluminum plate are inserted into the sliding grooves, the handle is rotated, and the rotary disc is used for driving the telescopic rod to rotate till the abutting ball rotates into the sliding grooves to extrude the splicing blocks; therefore, the installation complexity of the curtain wall aluminum plate is reduced, and the installation efficiency of the curtain wall aluminum plate is improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑幕墙铝板的快速拼接结构,属于幕墙铝板拼接技术领域。其包括:建筑墙体,建筑墙体与安装层连接,安装层上设有两行滑槽,安装层内部且位于滑槽处设有锁紧组件,滑槽内套接有幕墙铝板。本发明解决了现有幕墙铝板安装繁琐的问题,通过将铝板本体的卡条推入另一铝板本体的卡槽中,卡条上下端的弹性件受卡槽内壁挤压缩回安装口内,直至弹性件与插孔位置对应,弹簧管恢复弹力将半弧卡块弹至插孔内,进而将卡条锁紧于卡槽中完成多个幕墙铝板的拼接;再将幕墙铝板的拼接块插入滑槽中,转动手柄并利用转盘带动伸缩杆转动,直至抵触球转至于滑槽内对拼接块进行挤压;由此降低了幕墙铝板安装的繁琐性,提高了幕墙铝板安装的效率。
