The invention discloses an adjustable building template supporting structure and a building template supporting rod. The building template supporting rod comprises a telescopic rod and a fixed seat. The adjustable building formwork supporting structure comprises a formwork body, a building support and a supporting device. An adjusting groove matched with the supporting device is formed in the side, facing the supporting face, of the building support. The supporting device is placed in the adjusting groove and comprises a top beam, two side beams, a guide rail structure and a supporting piece, the top beam and the side beams are connected with the building support, the two side beams are connected with the two ends of the top beam respectively, a lifting groove is formed between the top beam and the side beams, and the guide rail structure is vertically arranged on the lifting groove. The supporting piece is arranged on the guide rail structure in a sliding mode and connected with the formwork body. The supporting piece is used for driving the formwork body to ascend and descend. When the building formwork is used, position fixing and height lifting can be achieved through the supporting device, rapid lifting of the building formwork is achieved according to the pouring requirements of different heights, and the construction efficiency is improved.
