The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a building scaffold and a using method of the building scaffold, and the building scaffold comprises a base, a supporting rod, a driving assembly and a jacking seat. A lifting rod is slidably connected to the base in the vertical direction, a pulley is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the lifting rod, and the top end of the lifting rod penetrates out of the base. The supporting rod is slidably connected into the base in the horizontal direction, and the driving assembly is installed in the base and used for driving the lifting rod to move in the vertical direction and driving the supporting rod to move in the horizontal direction at the same time. The top end of the lifting rod is fixedly connected with a mounting frame, the jacking base is mounted on the mounting frame, and a jacking piece is mounted between the jacking base and the mounting frame and used for driving the jacking base to be away from the mounting frame. When the scaffold is used for installation, the pulleys are gradually stored in the base, so that the bottom of the base abuts against the ground, and the contact area between the base and the ground is greatly increased. The construction frame has the effect that supporting of the construction frame is more stable.
