The invention provides an automobile door limiting stopper and an automobile. The automobile door limiting stopper comprises a cylinder body, and a first fixing seat and a second fixing seat are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the cylinder body correspondingly; one end of the cylinder rod penetrates through the first fixing seat and is fixedly connected with the valve body assembly; the valve body assembly is arranged in the cylinder body in a sliding mode. The valve body assembly comprises a second valve seat, a compensation component and a third valve seat which are sequentially connected from left to right. A first grading pressure limiting valve is elastically connected into the second valve seat; the interior of the third valve seat is elastically connected with a second grading pressure limiting valve; the first grading pressure-limiting valve and the second grading pressure-limiting valve are the same in structure, communicating holes are formed in the centers of the first grading pressure-limiting valve and the second grading pressure-limiting valve, and first pressure slopes and second pressure slopes are arranged on the outer surfaces of the front ends. The damping force or the limiting force in the limiter is reduced, and the use feeling of a user is improved.
