A trapdoor-insert assembly, comprising a trapdoor (100), the trapdoor (100) comprising: a fixed frame (1), a movable frame (2) disposed within the fixed frame (1), and a panel (E) mounted on the movable frame (2); wherein at least one of said frames (1, 2) comprises at least one part (3a, 3b) having a longitudinal seat (30) defined by a bottom wall (31) and two side walls (32); wherein the two side walls (32) comprise two protruding wings (33) in relatively parallel positions, which extend over the entire length of the component; it is characterized in that it comprises an insert (4) connected to the part (3) and comprising an operating portion (4p) and a coupling body (40) comprising two retaining teeth (41) extending in opposite directions and engaging under the two projecting wings (33).
