The invention relates to an electronic fence creating method, device, system and equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: determining a pumping item to be monitored in response to a monitoring instruction for receiving a pumping working condition; a pumping form corresponding to the pumping item is obtained, an equipment code of at least one associated pump truck is determined, a pre-stored first target parameter is extracted according to the equipment code, and a second target parameter of the associated pump truck is extracted from the Internet of Things; whether the first target parameter and the second target parameter meet preset conditions or not is judged, and when the preset conditions are met, position information of the associated pump truck is obtained from the Internet of Things; and creating an electronic fence according to the position information, and binding the electronic fence with the pumping project so as to monitor the pumping working condition of the associated pump truck through the electronic fence. By adopting the method, the electronic fence can be created by using the position information of the associated pump truck when the preset condition is met, so that the waste of operation and resources is avoided.
