A concrete spraying maintenance device comprises a walking trolley, and a water tank and a water pump are arranged on the walking trolley. A water inlet of the water pump is communicated with the water tank, a water outlet of the water pump is connected with a spraying hose, a spraying section is arranged on the spraying hose, and a plurality of nozzles which are arranged at intervals in the length direction of the spraying section are mounted on the spraying section. According to the concrete spraying and curing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, by arranging the water tank, the water pump, the spraying hose and the spray head which are sequentially communicated, when the concrete is cured after being poured, the spraying section of the spraying hose is fully distributed on the concrete to be subjected to spraying and curing, and then the water pump is started; the water in the water tank can be conveyed into the spraying hoses at all positions of the concrete by rotating the water tank, and water is sprayed to the concrete through the spraying heads, so that all-directional spraying maintenance is performed on the concrete, and the maintenance efficiency is greatly improved.
