Steaming-free artificial aggregate and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a steam-curing-free artificial aggregate and a preparation method thereof. The artificial aggregate comprises a mixture and water, the mixture comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 15-85% of a cementing material, 0-65% of fly ash and 10-85% of stone powder, the use amount of the water is 10-30% of the total mass of the mixture. According to the invention, cement or gypsum and other cementitious materials are utilized, industrial byproducts such as fly ash and stone powder are added to prepare coarse aggregate, the cementitious materials, fly ash and stone powder are mixed and granulated, and the artificial aggregate with high structural strength is formed after rotary grain solidification, grain scattering and drying, and the prepared coarse aggregate can replace traditional coarse aggregate such as pebbles and the like. Consumption of natural resources is reduced, and cost is reduced. Compared with the traditional coarse aggregate, the artificial aggregate has the advantages of no flaky and needle-like particles, zero mud content, high sphericity, convenience in construction and the like.
本发明提供一种免蒸养的人造骨料及其制备方法,所述人造骨料包括混合料和水;以质量百分比计,混合料包括以下组分:胶凝材料15‑85%、粉煤灰0‑65%和石粉10‑85%;水的用量为混合料总质量的10%~30%。本发明利用水泥或石膏等胶凝材料,添加工业副产物粉煤灰、石粉等制备粗骨料,将胶凝材料和粉煤灰、石粉混合后造粒,并经过旋转固粒、散粒干燥后形成结构强度高的人造骨料,制备的粗骨料可以替代石子等传统粗骨料,降低自然资源的消耗,降低成本。且与传统粗骨料相比,本发明人造骨料具有无片状、针状颗粒,泥含量为零,球型度高,便于施工等优点。
