The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon fiber radar stealth material, which comprises the following steps: adding a chitosan reconditioning agent into a carbon fiber coordinated carbon nanotube body according to a weight ratio of 5: 1, fully stirring, and finally washing and drying; and carrying out thermal homogenization improvement treatment on the product, and obtaining the carbon fiber radar stealth material after the treatment is finished. According to the carbon fiber radar stealth material, the lauryl sodium sulfate solution and the carbon nano tubes are subjected to primary stirring treatment, then the hydroxyapatite modifier is matched for secondary stirring, an obtained carbon nano tube conditioning agent is subjected to ultrasonic matching with the carbon fibers, and then a chitosan reconditioning agent is used for coordination and matching, so that the prepared radar stealth material has excellent wide-frequency-band wave absorbing performance; the mechanical properties of the product are excellent, and the two properties can be harmoniously improved.
本发明公开了一种炭纤维雷达隐身材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:炭纤维协调碳纳米管体中,按照重量比5:1加入壳聚糖复调剂,搅拌充分,最后水洗、干燥;将产物于热均化改进处理,处理结束,得到本发明的炭纤维雷达隐身材料。该发明炭纤维雷达隐身材料采用十二烷基硫酸钠液与碳纳米管一级搅拌处理,再配合羟基磷灰石改性剂二级搅拌,得到的碳纳米管调节剂超声配合碳纤维,再经过壳聚糖复调剂协调配合,制备的雷达隐身材料具有优异的宽频段吸波性能,以及产品的力学性能优异,二者性能可协调改进。
