Preparation process of environment-friendly high-water-permeability concrete
The invention discloses an environment-friendly high-water-permeability concrete preparation process which comprises the following steps: S1, selecting the following required raw materials in parts by weight: 800-1000 parts of gravel, 300-500 parts of cement, 100-200 parts of coal slag, 80-120 parts of diatom ooze, 60-100 parts of fine sand, 40-60 parts of bamboo charcoal, 30-80 parts of slag aggregate, 30-80 parts of ceramic powder, 20-40 parts of lime powder, 3-10 parts of plant ash and an auxiliary agent; s2, the gravel, the cement, the diatom ooze, the fine sand, the lime powder and the auxiliaries are stirred and mixed to be uniform through a stirring machine; s3, uniformly mixing the coal cinder, the bamboo charcoal and the grass ash, and adding 10% hydrochloric acid during mixing; s4, treating half of the slag aggregate with dilute sulphuric acid, mixing ceramic powder into the slag aggregate, and putting the mixed material into a stirrer; and S5, mixing the other half of the slag aggregate with an alum solution to form turbid liquid, filtering the turbid liquid, adding the filtered turbid liquid into the stirrer, and continuously stirring to obtain the pervious concrete, thereby not only improving the surface strength of the concrete, but also greatly improving the water permeability of the concrete.
