Waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber modified concrete and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber modified concrete and a preparation process thereof. The waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber modified concrete comprises cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, a water reducing agent and modified waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fibers, wherein the modified waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber is prepared according to the following mode: waste fan blades are subjected to pretreatment cleaning, cutting, micro-etching, grinding and sorting, and then are put into a dopamine hydrochloride solution, so that the surface of the glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber is coated with a polydopamine layer; and putting the waste modified glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber coated with the polydopamine layer into a silica fume suspension with a concentration of 1-5%, and stirring to obtain the modified waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber. The doping amount of the obtained modified waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber in concrete can be increased to 21.5 wt%-28.7 wt%, the 28-day compressive strength of the prepared concrete can reach 55 MPa or above, the breaking strength reaches 16 MPa or above, and the recycling rate of the waste glass fiber reinforced plastic fiber is remarkably increased.
本发明公开了一种废弃玻璃钢纤维改性混凝土及其制备工艺,废弃玻璃钢纤维改性混凝土包括水泥、粗骨料、细骨料、减水剂和改性废弃玻璃钢纤维,其中改性废弃玻璃钢纤维按照如下方式制成:废弃风机叶片经过预处理清洗、切割、微蚀、研磨、分选,再放入多巴胺盐酸盐溶液中,使得玻璃钢纤维表面包覆聚多巴胺层;再将包覆有聚多巴胺层的废弃改性玻璃钢纤维投入至浓度为硅灰粉悬浊液中,搅拌处理,得到改性废弃玻璃钢纤维。本申请所得的改性废弃玻璃钢纤维在混凝土中的掺加量能够提升至21.5wt%~28.7wt%,制成的混凝土28天抗压强度能够达到55MPa以上,抗折强度达到16MPa以上,废弃玻璃钢纤维的回收利用率显著提升。
