Cement stabilized macadam milling material recycling method based on flow curing
The invention discloses a cement stabilized macadam milling and planing material recycling method based on flow solidification, which comprises the following steps: milling and planing a surface layer of an old pavement, and removing the surface layer of the old pavement; carrying out milling construction on the cement stabilized macadam layer of the old pavement to obtain a cement stabilized macadam milling material; mixing a natural soil material, sand and the cement stabilized macadam milling material, adding a curing agent solution, and then adding water to adjust the water-solid ratio to 0.9-1.1, so as to obtain a regenerated material; and taking the reclaimed material to pour the pavement until the designed elevation is reached, and curing for 10-14 days to complete the recycling of the cement stabilized macadam milling material. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the cement stabilized macadam milling material can be recycled, the flowability of the regenerated material can be improved, and the regenerated material forms the overall strength by utilizing the curing effect of the curing agent solution.
本发明公开了基于流动固化的水泥稳定碎石铣刨料再生利用方法,包括:对旧路面的面层进行铣刨施工,去除旧路面的面层;对旧路面的水泥稳定碎石层进行铣刨施工,得到水泥稳定碎石铣刨料;取天然土料、砂和水泥稳定碎石铣刨料混合,添加固化剂溶液,再加入水调节水固比至0.9~1.1,即得到再生料;取再生料对路面进行浇筑至达到设计标高,经过10~14天的养护即完成水泥稳定碎石铣刨料再生利用。本发明的方法不仅能够实现水泥稳定碎石铣刨料的再利用,还能提高再生料的流动性,并利用固化剂溶液的固化作用使得再生料形成整体强度。
