The invention provides a pavement slab device and method integrating hoisting, leveling and grouting, and belongs to the technical field of building facilities, the pavement slab device comprises a pre-embedded barrel, a bearing barrel is connected in the pre-embedded barrel, a grouting channel is formed between the pre-embedded barrel and the bearing barrel, and the pavement slab device further comprises a hoisting barrel capable of being inserted above the grouting channel; the lifting cylinder is matched with the bearing cylinder to enable the movable claw to be clamped below the bearing ring to drive the pavement slab to be lifted, after the pavement slab is assembled, the lifting cylinder is pressed downwards to enable the movable claw to be located below the movable ring, then the movable ring is driven to ascend until the movable claw crosses the bearing ring, and the lifting cylinder can be taken out; leveling of the pavement slab is achieved by rotating a leveling piece in threaded connection with the interior of the bearing cylinder, and concrete is injected into the grouting channel till the bottom of the pavement slab is filled with the concrete; by means of the three structures, hoisting, leveling and grouting are integrated, operation is easy, frequent replacement of different devices in the construction process is avoided, the pavement slab assembling efficiency is improved, and the construction time is greatly shortened.
本发明提出了集吊装、调平和灌浆于一体的道面板装置及方法，属于建筑设施技术领域，其包括预埋筒，预埋筒内部连接有承重筒，在预埋桶与承重筒之间形成灌浆通道，还包括可插设在灌浆通道上方的吊升筒，吊升筒与承重筒配合实现活动爪卡在承重环下方带动道面板吊升，当道面板拼装结束后下压吊升筒使活动爪处于活动环下方，随后带动活动环上升直至活动爪越过承重环便可取出吊升筒；通过旋转承重筒内部螺纹连接的调平件实现对于道面板的调平，向灌浆通道内注入混凝土直至混凝土填满道面板底部；通过上述三个结构实现集吊装、调平和灌浆于一体，操作简单，施工过程中免去频繁替换不同的装置，提升了道面板的拼装效率，较大的减少了施工时间。
