Asphalt crack pouring device
The asphalt crack pouring device comprises a walking base and a cleaning piece, the cleaning piece is installed at the moving front end of the walking base and can move downwards into a crack groove to be subjected to crack pouring, the front end of the cleaning piece is provided with an opening communicating with a first cavity formed in the cleaning piece, and a discharging opening is formed in the position, located behind the moving portion of the cleaning piece, of the bottom end of the walking base. The discharge hole is communicated with a second cavity which is formed in the walking seat and is used for storing asphalt; according to the asphalt crack pouring device, impurities in a crack groove to be subjected to crack pouring are pushed forwards together through the cleaning part arranged at the front end of the walking seat before crack pouring, so that the crack groove is cleaned, the cleaning process and crack pouring are carried out together, efficiency is improved, the workload of workers is reduced, and when the cleaning part moves to the tail end of the crack groove, the cleaning part is prevented from being damaged. The cleaning piece abuts against the groove wall of the seam groove and moves upwards along the first inclined face to send impurities out of the seam groove, and the seam pouring effect is improved.
本发明公开了一种沥青灌缝装置，包括行走座、清理件，清理件安装在行走座的运动前端，清理件可向下运动至待灌缝的缝槽内，清理件的前端具有与其内部开设的第一腔室连通的开口，行走座的底端且位于清理件的运动后方开设有出料口，出料口与行走座内部开设的用于储存沥青的第二腔室连通；本发明中所提出的沥青灌缝装置通过设置在行走座前端的清理件在灌缝前将待灌缝的缝槽内杂质一同向前推动，从而对缝槽进行清理，清理过程与灌缝一同进行，提高效率，减少工作人员的工作量，并且当清理件运动到缝槽的尾端时，清理件与缝槽的槽壁抵靠并沿着第一斜面向上运动将杂质从缝槽内送出，提高灌缝效果。
