Bridge erecting vehicle
The invention provides a bridge erecting vehicle which comprises a chassis vehicle and a vehicle frame modification system, the chassis vehicle provides a power source and a power source for equipment work, the vehicle frame modification system comprises an auxiliary vehicle frame, a movable frame sliding way, a tool box and a spare part box, and the vehicle frame modification system is provided with a front swing frame, a movable frame, a rear swing frame, a rear swing frame and a rear swing frame, the movable frame can move along a sliding way of the movable frame and is used for transporting and supporting the bridge span and ensuring the stability of the bridge span during operation; the erecting frame is used for putting down and folding the bridge span and moving the bridge span back and forth by means of a bridge pushing mechanism on the erecting frame; the front swing frame, the movable frame, the erecting frame and the vehicle frame refitting system are each provided with a hydraulic electric system used for achieving actions of all assemblies and actions between the assemblies. During operation, enough balance torque can be provided, and the stability of bridging operation is ensured; and the stability of bridging operation can be further improved in cooperation with a supporting assembly at the tail end of the movable frame.
本发明提出一种架桥车,包括底盘车和车架改装系统,底盘车为装备工作提供动力源和电源,车架改装系统包括副车架、移动架滑道、工具箱和备件箱,车架改装系统上设有:前摆架,用于架设与撤收作业时带动桥跨的上部桥节动作,移动架,其能够沿移动架滑道运动,用于运输支承桥跨以及作业时保证桥跨的稳定性;架设架,用于放下和收起桥跨,并借助于其上面的推桥机构前后移动桥跨;前摆架、移动架、架设架以及车架改装系统上均设有液压电气系统,用于实现各组件本身以及组件与组件之间的动作。本发明作业时,能够提供足够的平衡力矩,确保架桥作业稳定性;配合移动架末端的支撑组件,能够进一步提高架桥作业的稳定性。
